The apartment is situated in a residential complex called `Evksinograd Park` 0.5km from the oldest resort on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast – St. Konstantin and Elena. It is only 9 km north-east of the centre of Varna, at 16 km from Varna airport and 480 km from the capital Sofia. You can travel to Varna by plane from all European capitals. You can rent a car at the airport of Varna, where a lot of famous renting companies have an office.

St. Konstantin & Elena is a very green resort - it is covered with broad leaved forest, reaching the beach. The Coastal line has a length of more than 3.5 km. There are two marinas in the resort, tennis courts, playgrounds, open and indoor mineral pools. One of the biggest advantage of the complex is the presence of seven mineral springs. The beaches are open from May to October and offer various entertainment such as: hiking & relaxation, sunbathing, water-skiing, surfing, jet gliders and a lot more to spend your time away.
On offer is a bright and spacious apartment, situated in a luxury building complex which has 20 apartments. It is tastefully furnished and offers excellent conditions. From 16-09 to 14-10 – 300 euro per week

Reservation is definite only after payment of 30 % at last 10 days after confirmation of the s are excl. costs for energy, water - these costs are to be paid after check up of the energy & water meter
